Throughout the talk, she explains how the Era Elite—an ablative Er:YAG laser—enables highly precise and superficial ablation, thanks to its 300-microsecond pulse duration, thereby avoiding residual thermal damage. Unlike other ablative lasers, the Era Elite allows for precise depth control, resulting in skin regeneration without significant inflammation or post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
