Karan Lal, DO, is a board-certified pediatric and fellowship-trained cosmetic dermatologist. Dr. Lal specializes in pediatric and adult dermatology, laser surgery, soft tissue filler augmentation, body sculpting, melanocyte keratinocyte transplant surgery for vitiligo and hypopigmentation, pigmentary abnormalities of the skin, and enjoys treating patients from birth onwards. He is an expert in atopic dermatitis, vitiligo, melasma, psoriasis, and hidradenitis and has worked in specialty clinics among experts. He is the only board-certified pediatric and fellowship-trained cosmetic dermatologist in the country. With experience treating a wide range of skin concerns including acne, pigmentation, aging skin, and texture, Ashlee combines clinical skincare, laser technology, and personalized treatment plans to deliver safe, effective results for patients of all skin types.

Diane Gibson, RN, is the founder of Fitzy Shades MedSpa, which she launched in 2021 after more than 23 years in nursing. Her passion for aesthetics grew from seeing firsthand how thoughtful cosmetic treatments can help patients feel more confident in their skin.

She is also a Professional Laser Technician and Laser Safety Officer, with a particular focus on delivering safe and effective laser treatments for skin of color. Rachael is a Licensed Esthetician with a deep passion for skin health and patient care. After years of experience in aesthetics and education, she envisioned a space that reflected both clinical excellence and elevated hospitality.
